Delete your account & data

You can remove your child growth records at any time — either instantly on your own device, or by asking us to erase everything tied to your account from our servers.

Delete from within the app

No email required. These actions take effect immediately on your device.

  1. Delete one child's profile — open "My Children," select the profile, and choose Delete.
  2. Delete all data on this device — go to Settings → Reset App. This erases every saved child, prediction, and history entry stored locally.
  3. Sign out of Google — Settings → Sign Out, if you no longer want the app linked to your Google account on this device.

Delete your synced account

If you signed in with Google, your data is also stored in our cloud (Firebase) so it can sync across devices. To remove that copy too:

  1. Email us at contact@mangantechlab.in from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my data."
  2. We verify the request and confirm receipt within a few business days.
  3. Your account and all associated child growth records are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Prefer a form? Fill this in and it will open a pre-filled email to our support team — nothing is sent automatically, and no data leaves your device until you hit send in your mail app.

This opens your device's email app addressed to contact@mangantechlab.in. We only use these details to locate and delete your account.

1What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent. Once a profile, device dataset, or account is deleted, we cannot recover it for you.

2What happens, and when

ImmediateAnything deleted from within the app — a single child profile, or a full Reset App — is removed from your device right away.

Within 30 daysAccount-deletion requests sent by email are actioned within 30 days. This covers removing your account and any synced child records from our Firebase-hosted backend.

Some minimal records (such as a log that a deletion request was received and processed) may be kept briefly for support and abuse-prevention purposes, and are not linked to your child's growth data.

3What we don't retain

We do not keep backups of deleted child growth data for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose. We do not sell or share data with third parties, so there is nothing to "recall" from outside parties after deletion.
